Refund and Returns Policy

Before purchasing a subscription, we strongly recommend requesting a trial account. This allows you to test Yeah IPTV and ensure it works on your devices. If you are not satisfied, please do not buy a long-term service.

Please note the following conditions for refund requests:

  1. Internet Speed: A slow internet connection may prevent you from using Yeah IPTV. Refunds will not be issued due to poor internet speed.

  2. Setup Issues: Our support team is available 24/7 to help you set up Yeah IPTV on your devices. Refunds will not be provided for setup issues if tutorials and instructions were not followed.

  3. Payment Errors: If you mistakenly purchased the wrong subscription plan (e.g., selected 1 year instead of 3 months), submit a ticket in the support section titled “Payment Error”. Our team will review your request and process the refund if approved.

  4. Expired Accounts: Refund requests will not be accepted if the account has expired more than 7 days after purchase.
